Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return once the item has been delivered.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Are there items that cannot be returned?
Yes, certain items are FINAL SALE, including products that are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do provide return labels.

If a package is returned due to refusal of delivery, an incorrect address, or non-collection, you will be charged a reshipment fee. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
